Jonathan was born in Tampa, Florida, to Helen Geis Dawson and Paul David Dawson III. He was a proud graduate of Jesuit High School in Tampa, class of 2021, where he was well-loved by his peers and teachers for his charisma and work ethic. After high school, Jonathan continued his education at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, where he was pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management. He was an active member of the Beta Theta Pi fraternity and was set to graduate in May 2025, a milestone he had worked tirelessly toward.
Jonathan had a wide range of passions and hobbies that brought joy to his life and to those around him. He loved boating, fishing, and golfing, often spending time on the water or in the outdoors with his family and friends. Above all, Jonathan was an ardent supporter of the Tennessee Volunteers, and one of his favorite ways to spend a Saturday was cheering on his team with enthusiasm and pride.
